Question Handsfree bluetooth pairing lost every few months

Hi, I've had the car for about 10 months now, and have had the handsfree bluetooth pairing lost twice. The phonebook is still retained, but the system tells me that there are no paired phones, so I have to repair my phones. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks.

If you pair your phone with any other device, i believe this will happen. Mine does it to me every few months, but at least i can just go through the phone and connect to the paired device and not have to go through the setup again.

I have experienced this as well. I had an old motorola flip phone, now since I have had an Iphone for 2 months it has not happened, but we will wait and see.

Yeah it has dropped out my iphone twice now. I go into setup and "list paired phones" and the nice lady says I have no paired phones. Kind of annoying. Its not worth my time going to the dealer although.

This will tell you if the phones would work perfectly with the system. It's from MMNA.

Mine has dropped out 5 or 6 times now since I've had the car for about a year. I can't seem to find a pattern as to when it loses the pairings.

i think there is a replacement module available from the dealership. You have to fight with them and then they will finally admit the original software is faulty.

they will replace your handsfree module and reprogram for this TSB. Get it while you still have warranty.
