So I took apart my door yesterday because when I close my rear driver side door there is a bell noise, so I took apart the door and found out that it was a weird piece of metal that is near the outside door handle, it looks like a cut cylinder, so to get to my point it hits the window guide, and my problem is what to do? Do I take it off, do I duck tape it, what do I do? It doesn't look like there is something behind it. Pictures below.
