The New Kid

I'm having a problem with something at the front of the car. While I'm at idle AND while I'm on the throttle there is a fluttering noise coming from the front of the car. My check engine light came on for a little bit a couple weeks ago and then turned off again and then this started happening. I don't know if they're related. The only mod I have is an intake and I've had it for close to 5 years so I know that's not the problem. My car has 120,XXX miles on it. Any ideas?
