Any rain? drastic weather changes? My car drives totally different in hot than cool (expected) but the difference was way noticable after header install. How bogged does it get? Does it stop from getting up into the 5000 rpm range? In any gear?

I dunno, but I'd suggest taking it to a mech and having them take a look at it. Unless you feel like going to the dealership or going bone stock and playing stupid. No diagnosis, but two possible solutions.

I'm leaning toward dirty injectors if it's bogging. Might not be getting enough "go juice". Hm...that could be bad to since it'd indicate you'd be running lean perhaps. Then there's that whole Florida humidity factor.

Usually the ECU will adjust VERY quickly though. Like Cliff said...approx 100 highway miles and everything will correct itself. Damn thing's too smart. Gonna take over the world.

i was wondering if i should get one of those...i was about to get a gst before i saw all the problems it had...and all my friends were telling me that the first thing i should get for it was a s-afc. i know it controls the fuel ratio and some other stuff, can some one explain the GREAT S-AFC??

For a GS-T, an AFC would be useful since a turbo would get a lot better benefits. However, on an NA car like the Lancer, unless you have some more substantial mods (all the basic bolt-ons +) an AFC is doing you little good than just looking pretty.
