hi everyone im kinda new to this forum stuff an this is my first mitsubishi an i was wondering if anyone can help me or direct me to another forum to where they can explain to me exactly whats wires to hook to ignition (green) wire an the power (white) wire for a set of spyder fog lights i got for my 04 lancer es. cause the directions they give arent the best instructions for someone whos a novice to this aftermarket stuff lol=) any help will be appreciated.

 

you'll most likely want to run them not off the ignition, but off a seperate switch controlled relay...

 

the fog light set i got came with its own harness that had a relay, a switch an its own fuse. they said to wire it to the parking lights but i read that this model lancer has 2 sets of wires for the parking lights.. is that true an if so would i need a second relay? it did give another option of hot wiring it to the fuse box but i wouldnt know where to begin with that lol

 

i'll have to check the wiring diagram, but i'm at work right now...it comes with its own fuse huh? I can check if any of the empty fuse locations can be used...is it a standard fuse or a mini fuse?

 

im not sure what size fuse came with the harness but the parking lights have 2 mini 7.5 amp an they r under hood. im goin to try an put a pic of the directions they gave to see if maybe anyone would be able to understand it lol
