Engine miss fire ?

Engine miss fire ?
When I have the a/c on it sounds like cruise vacuum pump is causing engine miss, engine will shutter and the pump will make the weirdest noise, and the cruise won't even be on

Engine miss?
When the ambient temp is hot it seams to be worse but the pump will start to shutter and make the engine will act like it's miss firring , but it doesn't do it when it's cool outside
