I tried doing a search, but I couldn't find anything, I was hoping I could get help here. As the title suggests, whenever I unlock my doors, there is something grinding within the driver door. This has been going on for quite a while and is worse during the summer, because somehow the heat makes it so the door won't completely lock or unlock. Here is what it sounds like..

 

Have you tried taking the door panel off to take a better look:?

 

Actually, I just got done doing that. It appears to be the actuator, but the only thread I found deals with an actuator that looks different from mine. Mine has a white colored housing and seems almost impossible to remove. :/
