Hazard/Signal won't work.

Okay so my 2003 Lancer was in storage during winter for 4 months. I finally am able to take it out and for some reason the hazards/signal lights aren't working anymore. The park lights work but when switching the turn switch you don't hear any clicking sound or any turn lights come on. Anyone know whats wrong?

Is it in the fuse box under the dash or the engine and which fuse? Thanks.

In my 04 es the fuse for that is the box in the engine compartment, it's a brown 7.5A , but it's used for more than just those, it's also used for the ashtray illumination light, clock, a/t selector lever position illumination light , rhoestat(cluster brightness), radio n cd player, and the hazard light switch. There is also a red 10A fuse in the same box that is used for front turn signal light, rear combination light, side turn signal light and combination meter. Try checking those first. I know on my old Bonneville they thought it would be a good idea to make the turn signals and hazard lights function off one combination switch, which happened to be the hazard switch(button for em). My right signal didn't work both when I was turning and when I had the hazards on. Pulled the switch and got high resistance on the right side when I checked it with a multimeter, but I'm still getting the hang of imports, more familiar with gm's.
