My Apexi SAFC was stolen now what?
Some piece of **** stole my APEXI SAFC I out of my car but left my harness. I bought a new one but will the ecu remember all the data and just resume with the new one?

The Apexi SAFC just piggy backs the signal from the ECU. The changes made to the stolen SAFC, stayed with it. Plugging in the new one is like starting from scratch.
