I have a 2003 lancer es with auto trans. My dash lights will not turn on until I turn on my headlights. My high-low beams do not work netheir does my turn signals. My wipers stays on one constant speed and my windshield spray does not work. All bulbs and fuses seem to be fine and my hazard lights work. Can anybody tell me what might be wrong with my car?
