Brake Issue

So a couple of days ago my brakes started feeling a little odd. when you turn the ignition off you're supposed to be able to press the pedal at least 2 or 3 times before the pressure comes out of it. What its doing now is that you can hear a faint "pssst" as soon as you turn the ignition off. What do you guys think???

also, when on the road it randomly gets a little stiff.
