Help!! engine probs

alright guys back in january i was having some probs with my oz, it would idle smooth and then all of a sudden feel like the engine "bumped" or something and when i would take off it would hesitate, so i took it in got it serviced and its all gone but about four thousand miles again same prob, so far ive changed the spark plugs ran some injector cleaner in the car, but seems to still be acting up, i dont have 150.00 to drop again on a tune up, any one know or have an idea whats up, im stumped.

Is your car out of warranty???

I'd double check that your air filter is ok, then also verify that you have good gas in the car. Try running mid grade once and see, if you have been running premium, stop, and put in regular.

If that doesn't do it, take pictures of your spark plug tips and send them to me and I'll be able to maybe give you more info.

Later!

Steve

My 03 Lancer was doing the same thing. Service engine light comes on and it feels like the car drops into 2nd or something? My cars gotten so bad it will stall on me. Just yesterday it acted up and died on me, had to bring it to the dealer. This is the 3rd time they are looking at it for that same problem. How many miles do you have on it?? They are trying to blame my aftermarket radio is causing these problems. Freakin idiots. Is that the same type problem you are having??

You guys have any mods on your car?
You might want to look at the MAS. Look for either broken sensor, or obstructed sensor. Also make sure the plugs are properly gapped
