Steering wheel airbag connector cover?

Steering wheel airbag connector cover?
I compared my car to my friend's lancer, 2011, same model and year as mine, and on the back side of the steering wheel, at the bottom, my airbag wire is just hanging out while my friends airbag wire is hidden by a plastic piece. Shouldn't I have that piece too? If so, where do I find it?
