Help! Car buzzing & randomly cranks

Help! Car buzzing & randomly cranks
I have a 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Automatic and I’ve been stumped with a starting issue.
When I put in the key to crank, sometimes it randomly cranks, and at other times it clicks and buzzes.
I usually have to try it a few times and it’ll crank over just fine. Buzzing comes from under the hood.
At least from what I can hear. I’ve already checked and tested the following: Alternator, Starter, Battery, Battery connections and I’ve replaced the ignition switch too just to be safe. Still same result.
Anyone have anyone have any ideas or experiences like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
