2002 OZ front motor mount inner diameter much larger than bolt?

2002 OZ front motor mount inner diameter much larger than bolt?
I'm replacing all the motor mounts on my 2002 OZ and I just realized that the inner diameter of the front mount is much larger than the diameter of the bolt.
I can't for the life of me remember if that's what it was like when I took it out (it was two days ago). However, the replacement mount I got is exactly the same and it seems all the videos/pics of that part I've been able to find online look to have that large inner diameter as well.
Oddly, though, the mount bracket (that straddles the mount, through which the bolt also goes), is the correct size for the bolt. So.... It seems like the mount just sort of "hangs" on the bolt? That doesn't seem right. Any insight?
