Lancer 2002: Fusible link Troubleshooting

Hi,
I was checking the fusible link 100A of my Lancer 2002 by checking the connectivity (resistance) between points A and B as in the picture. The resistance is low. Does that mean my fusible link is not burned and works well?
Thanks,
Dave

As a general rule of thumb resistance for a fuse is far less then one ohm

If it reads as an open circuit on your multimeter , then the fuse is blown and needs to be replaced

Thanks. It sounds like trivial but is measuring at locations A and B correct? I just thought it makes sense to put it there althought the metal path from A to B via the fusible link is not fully visible to me.
