My 2013 Lancer ES has started making a different sound when I turn on the car and accelerate. It almost sounds like an RC car when I drive. I read about the power steering pump but I’m not sure where it is located and my car does not have a reservoir as other models do. While checking under the hood I found a cracked pvc hose, not sure if that could be the issue. I have taped it up for now until I can figure out the issues and get to a mechanic.
