There are several clamps and sliders and whatnot that you need. Please be more specific, and I'll be able to give you what you need.

.... if u wanted to know the price you should have asked him, since u went there and found out waht the piece was you should have been told the price or at least asked... so next time be careful WHO the Fool is.... (btw fool ain't a bad thing i call everybody fools, even if u were to save my worthless *** life, you'd still be a fool!)

That's an odd part to have a problem with. How did it get damaged?

Just so you know, the piece you show circled in the picture can't be welded to the other piece. The circled piece is aluminum and the other is steel, these two metals can't be welded together. I'll look at it tomorrow to see how it could come loose, but I would suspect the aluminum piece just gets crimped into place on steel part. I guess the steel piece could have gotten bent some how and loosened the crimped pressure that holds the aluminum piece in place.

Either way, that part is fine on the collumn I have.

it started after i hit a pot hole... guess that did it.. the mistu mechanic said they were tap welded together.. whatever that is.. but yeah i see what you mean.... im not sure but i can pull those peices out easily.. adn they keep moving forward allowing the steering wheel to move side to side.. Thanks alot for you help....ill show my dad the pics and whatnot and theres a 99% chance ill be buying this.
