Ses

So I start my car up this morning and it is running for like a minute and then throws a SES. I haven't done any mods for like a week or two. I did get a dvd player and monitor installed yesterday but I don't think that would throw a SES I have 6,186 miles and I dont know what the deal is. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

If I can't find a logical explanation first then I will go to the dealer. I hate dealing with those people though.

i think i remember someone posting a while ago when someone threw a cell from thier kamikaze header that you can take it to autozone and they will hook it up to a comp and tell you what caused the light to come on and they do it for free.

go to autozone...they will pull the codes for free.....that way you can find out what the problem is before you go to the dealer...it may be a quick fix.

yes....Kamakazi headers eventually set off your cel...check your collector gasket too (where header meets downpipe) as the on it comes with is a piece of **** and can break easily. Replacing the gasket wont turn the cel off, but it will keep you from dying of carbon dioxide
if the light really bothers you get a mil elliminator.....
PM me and I'll send you a link to one.

So it isn't a big problem or any malfunction. just removal of the first cat is causing this?

MIL Eliminators for SALE

Hey guys, I bought the MIL Eliminators after I got my Kamikaze header and I haven't had the need to install them because the installation of my header was so clean that it hasn't tripped a CEL.
it has been over three months and many miles and I haven't had a problem yet.

I got two MIL eliminators that I bought for $30.
They are brand new in the plastic bag where they came in.
Give me $12 each and I will send them to you.
