'93 Lancer CC GLXi Coupe. The front right headlight is facing too far down. I can wobble it (to face further down, not up) with my hand by about 1/2" - 1". Is there an adjustment (or a method) of getting it to face further up?

At the moment it’s almost shining directly on the ground in front of the car (not quite, but its significantly noticeable when compared to the headlight which is ok).
