if you put a ratcher wrench on the nut(under the header pipe) and use another long boxed end wrench on the open end of the ratchet wrench betweeen the first two header pipes), you can push pull the regular box end wrench to ratchet the ratchet wrench and off come the nut. MAKE SURE NOT TO DROP THE NUT!

Okay guys I bought the RRM header right when the sale came out and haven't had enough time to install it. Today I decided to go out and try to install the header really quickly but I couldn't take the stupid left bolt off. I tried the rope thing, but it still won't budge. This might be because I was only out there for about 1.5 hours because I had prior arrangements.
I also tried taking off the timing cover. But, I didn't want to bend the metal piece.
Can some give me some advice or an elaboration on either of the two methods, specifically, the timing belt method.
I just want my headers on really quick!

What's the deal with the stock headers, is that
case with the picture of the hand on it easily
removable? And what the hell are those three
wires? (on the stock headers)

Just kind of curious about the stock headers is all...
that is the casing for the stock headers, correct? What
is the proper way to remove it, and what are those wires
in the middle? How to I remove them to install RRM headers.

the "case" is the heat shield. once you remove it, scrap it. to remove, umm, unscrew the bolts

the wires are your first 02 sensor. some people have luck with an o2 sensor socket (has a slit cut in it for the wire to go through). personally, i used a large box wrench (not sure which size) and everything went fine (you have to remove heat shield first)
