Hey guys the wierdest thing happened to me today, I was driving home from school today and I was making a turn and all of a sudden I felt a hard jerk from my car, and all of a sudden my car felt like it was stuck in a gear, it is an automatic tranny and the rpms would not go over 2k even when i floored the pedal and my check engine light came on and I turned off my car and turned it on again and my car felt like it was back to normal and then I turned my car off and on again, and the check engine light went off, any ideas on whats wrong? thanks in advance guys...

 

Sounds like your car went into "limp mode" for a while there. Take it to the dealer, they should be able to pull a code for the CEL from your ECU, and tell you what's wrong with it.
