Peeps with RRM header

Is the 02 sensor wiring supposed to remain in the stock location or is it supposed to be re-routed? It looks like there is no way in hell the harness for the 02 sensor will mount back on the housing for the coolant. Everything else has been going smoothly except for a damn stud came out of the stock cat! Damn it! Oh well......

SOMEONE LET ME KNOW ASAP....it's 1:30am and need to get to bed, but need the whip tomorrow.!!!

Thanks for the reply. I ended up re-routing the harness to go under the top coolant hose. I put some wire loom tubing on the 02 sensor wires so they wouldnt chaff on anything like the engine/transmission block. Anyone else do the same thing?

Is your CEL on since you put the RRM Header on? If on - What do you do to get it off? If off - What did you do to get it off? I'm gonna order on in like 2 weeks just curious on what to do. Thanks

I have a code reader, and as soon as the header went on it threw the cel, got the mil eliminator, and it just threw a different code, in other words, it doesn't do ****, just ignore the light. Or you can get a code reader and clear the ses code, but it'll just pop back up after 30 miles or so. But this is how I passed smog. HAHAHA

Which one did you get? The one I have from www.02simulators.com works so far....about 200 miles on it.

Got it from www.bigjoshracing.com, it sucked, maybe I'll try one from that company you mentioned, do they sell 02 simulators for our cars, I looked into that, but no one made em for our cars, just the evo.

I don't think that they list our car specifically, but it does work. I tapped into the harness inside the car under the center console.

That's a good idea, I crawled underneath and spliced it right into the sensor harness, like their instructions said to do. How much was yours, I'll have to call em, link no workey!

****! The link is my bust. It's http://www.o2simulator.com/ LOL. Take the "s" out. Anyway I think it came to around $30 shipped. A little pricey, but there is an LED inside of it to let you know it is hooked up right, or not.
