GotGlowSticks, check the new Rules for the Vendor Threads. It explicitly states that you shouldn't bring up other vendor/dealer's prices in another vendors post. Two reasons, 1) it's frightfully rude for people going the extra mile to bring products to us, and 2) if you have a problem with a vendor's product, check other threads. That's what the vendor review is for. That being said, I think that in order to avoid some moderator giving you a much deserved PM about it, you just edit the post.
That out of the way, I would like to post a pertinant question... do you sell the Injen Heat Shield seperately? I can't seem to find one anywhere for less than 50, and I'd like to have one.
As for the problems with the Injen, yes, it comes down to vibration shaking the welds apart. The way to correct this is easy and cheap. Just put some bushings on either/both sides of the fork mounts, and you'll have no probems. I took one look at mine, worried about it (previous to the problems others were having) and did that of my own volition. Guess what? 5K miles, and no problems. Tight as a drum. Maybe, IPT, you could consider throwing in a few little bushings for those really worried about the problem, yes?
