I read somewhere(probably in this thread) that the bolts for the trunk bar arent on the 04' models. Is this true?

All 4 of these peices should fit on an 04' OZ right?

OK, huge Spring cleaning.

Keep it on-topic, folks.

Rob - let me know if anything else needs to be cleaned/changed. Or if you want this trashed and start a new thread, we can do that too.

that's my trunk, the box is sitting just in front of the bar, I used some screws in the back corners of the box and then used some zip-ties to keep it from sliding around in my trunk.

The RS bar will not fit an 04, there are no bolts for it to mount to.

I'm looking into hardware that will allow the RS to be bolted up though. I just need a little more time and a test pilot.

Thanks!

PDX... just wanted to appologise one last time about things getting out of hand. I'm used to being a customer still, not a vendor.

Anyway, i see blacksheep cleaned things up like i asked... hope this makes amends.

Good luck with your stuff,

Boe

You know I didn't realize that you could actually see the lower tie bar while in another car. But sure enough if you are riding in a car of equal or lower height to the Lancer you can see the rear tie bar and it looks good.

^It's the lower rear tie bar. It goes underneath the rear of the car.
