RDDesigns FULL SET Special
i jacked up the front today but only managed to get three of the bolts on. There's still one bolt that refuses to go down compeletly. It's always one of the back bolts, and it still will not go down all the way.

I dont even know if this would change anything, but maybe you could try puting them on in a different order, like put the driver side on first... just thinking of ways to make it work.
Instead of sliding one side all the way, line it up on top of all the bolts and slowly push/bang each side down, going back and forth so it goes down at the same time. Of course with the car jacked up.

i've tried that but it seeems everytime there's always one side that refuses to go down despite the banging. I even tried wd40 and manually pulling, but the bolt always ends up crooked and therefore won't screw in since the part of the bar is not all the way down.

I built his bar with the same jig as everyone elses. Nobody else has had any fitment issues, but for some reason his mount points where a little wider than normal. I test fit his bar on the OZ and it fit fine before I shipped it, and it fit when he shipped it back....
All I can think of is that his car is on the outside spectrum of factory build tolerances.
With a fixed design like my bars have, the bar can fit just fine on 80% of cars, a little tight on 15%, and a no-fit on 5%. (those numbers are just a rough guess on my part)
The bottom line, if my bar doesn't fit, I'll get you one that does.

Sorry for my absence. A family member was in the hospital and had a close call, so I have been out of town for a while.
Renyulb28, send me your bar back and I'll build you a new one. I'll reimburse you for shipping too. I'm here for you and I won't let you down.
Thanks!
Rob

I just got them today. yesterday i got a UPS post it saying they tried to deliver my rims but no one was home. so today i wake up at like 1 to answer the door and my rims are here. I go and put those on my car then go back to sleep, not 10 minutes later the doorbell rings again. its fedex with my bars. they looks awesome. great work Rob. I'll post pics when i get them on. should be within the next couple of days. thanks a lot.
