Anyway...HID's. If we continue OT like that Paul or myself will just up deleting half the thread.
So Calvin, is there a name brand attached to these HIDs and would anything additional be required to wire them?

but what i know is, the company who make them is OEM maker for Nissan HID system in Taiwan. I belive it will be better then any other sytem in the aftermarket.
People who come tomorrow you guys will see the HID system
My brother used to install HID systems in cars for a living. They looked really good in my Galant, and the install is a snap. We also dropped one into his CBR600f3 and it is awesome. I am going to do the same to my SV this summer.
From what I have seen it is really important to get the reflector in the headlamp housing correct so that the dispersion pattern is correct. You can play with that as well to get color bands in the lights too.
HID systems run very cool - the initial startup pulls some amperage to strike the arc in the bulb, but once it is lit, it pulls very little current to run them. No chance of melting wires, unless you install them incorrectly.
If anyone wants help with installation or reflector design or tuning, I can hook you up with my Bro's e-mail address. I am sure he would be happy to help out with advice or instructions.

I think he was trying to encourage people to buy your HID's by providing reassurance and guidance, Calvin. If I were a judge I'd say, "I'll allow it".

you know how people will do, they will start asking questions, problems etc......
no hard feeling.
Guys make sure you don't loose your hi-beams, spent the extra money for the Hi/lo set-up. It is not the brightness that's the problem with the lo-beam only set-up it's the pattern. Think about it before you clout a deer (or worse!) on some back road

I will take picture of the kit,
it come with the wires, sockets, bulbs, transformer, HID regulator, mount kit etc......
It is like DIY kit, you "may" do it your self. Nothing much need to modify, but if you know nothing about wires get Pro do it for you.
