your fuel consumption will not change... the choppy area above 4k rpms will go away though. You'll get a smoother more consistant pull from 3k and up. This is one of the best supporting mods you can have if you plan on building up your car for maximum power whether NA or FI.

As for writups... there are a few. Do a search... they have done instructions/reviews/etc. Even though the rail comes with complete instructions and is a straight forward install. Takes me about 20 minutes to do... the novice an hour tops. Simple install.

Call RRM or wait for Rock's reply about stock as i know when i dropped some off they immidiately got labeled for shipment. Since these are being discontinued and at a killer price they are going fast.

ok...waiting for ROCK to give me an update...you definetly got me interested at that price since the other fuel rails is slightly over a $100 I think whether I go via RRM or "green"

thanks for all the info...the fuel consumption was a big concern but smoother above 3k is really important since i do have a lead foot

Call them about it... they may deduct a little if they can put it in the same package.

I've given all designs for this product to RRM... right now it's looking like a discontinued status due to lack of interest in it. Maybe this sale might turn that around but i'm not holding my breath.

Anyway... thanks a lot guys.

is it advisable to paint the rail so it won't rust or degenerate?

umm... you can if you want i guess.

It's 6061 so it should never, ever, ever rust... as for the bolts... their stainless so they should be fine as well. If anything you'd just have to clean it up every year or so.
