estimate date for Spoiler is end of October, Hood should be around Nov. but i'm not sure yet. I'll keep post update status.

definitely a dash kit that replaces stock, a full replacement as opposed to stick on dash kit.

 

I'll tell ya straight up what we're looking for in a dash kit:

one that looks EXACTLY like rhys millen racing's (not to be confused with rod millen) dash kit for the lancer. it's a beautiful set up (it's the actual replacement, not just the sticker version, like ruipina said), and comes in various different colors, to match the different popular colors of the lancer; red, yellow, black, carbon fiber... it's a great kit. just a little pricey. if you offer a kit of comparable quality for a lower price (which is 100% possible, they jack up the price for their prestigious name and lack of competition), you will get good business.

 

CARBON FIBER M3 STYLE MIRRORS!!!

 

the RMR kit isn't a replacement, it's still just a sticker like thing, but it's about 1/8 inch thick. My dealer has one on display. I'm on for the M3 mirrors too..

 

RMR also doesn't set their prices. The dealerships do. That's why you pay so much for them.

 

i was quoted like $400 for RMR's dash kit... and it's only 1/8" thick?!?!? shows how naive i am, assuming that for a price like that, i'd be paying for a full replacement. anyway, you know what we're lookin' for...

 

for the mirrors may not possible, there are motor inside the mirrors. it may too heave for the carbon mirrors, since all you know carbon will be very light weight. and it may not hold the stuff inside. (becase it will be no way to drill hole and it may look alot of screw hole on the outside, that screws is to secure the motor inside.

but what i can do i can get the m3 mirror, just not carbon fiber. it is made with ABS

 

that would be cool too....as for the carbon mirrors I've seen, they are all ABS or some sort of high impact plastic with a carbon fiber layer on top...prob cheaper and just for looks.

 

so make a set of ABS m3 mirrors with a layer of carbon fiber over the top to make it look pretty... problem solved.

 

Is The Carbon Fiber Spoiler deffinally being made? And is it for $3xx? Cause if it is let me know, cause i'd rather buy that then the evo 6 spoiler. Please Let me know cause if it is $3xx i'm in and will buy!! I have money right now!! email me if you could LancerOzRally35@aol.com

 

yes it is made, as you see the picture it is the first sample we made. Now it is under mess products, and it will available end of October.

 

could i trade in my fiber glass spoiler for the carbon fiber one???
ill pay the difference, i havent painted it or anything yet juss sitting in the box...
