rear lip went on pretty easy for me actually. i laid a blanket under the back of the car and then screwed in the license plate screws to hold it up. there is the 2 sided tape on it, but i don't trust it a whole lot. so i got underneath the car and drilled a hole through the kit into the wheel well and just put a bolt between there. fits nice and snug.

in all honesty, the whole kit goes on pretty easy. fitment is like a glove. i put mine on in the parking lot of my apartment complex in about 3 hours. that included a trip to the store to buy more nuts & bolts, and eating some lukewarm chinese food. with a second set of hands i don't see why it would take more than an hour to get it on.
