$50,000 for a stock RL... giving up 100 HP to the comparably priced CTS-V and the previous generation M5... who is Acura targeting with this car?

 

They are targeting old people who can afford the car that arent really into high HP #s....

 

You can get a more stately LS430 or E500 for the same price. Chasing after the sporty crowd with its aggressive looks and SH-AWD puts it more against the 5 series and CTS-V.

 

Well, the US RL isnt gonna look like the mugen 1 so it wont look so aggressive to throw you off. Also AWD to most people just means better driving in snowy or wet conditions and not better performance. I think the RL is gonna be good competitor against the 5 series and CTS-V.

not really fond of the new honda designs, now it really looks rice. trying to put bling in an underwise understated design. not to sound hypocritical but I used to have a civic and currently have a pilot.
