The last year for C2s was '67, '68 was the first year for C3s. You picked a good generation. My personal favorite of that era was the '66 split window 427. very similar to your pic.

'69 ZL1 is considered baddest vette ever produced.
It had an all alluminum 427 BB. and made upwards of 550 hp. thats incredable for a factory option car in 1969!! only 2 or 3 were made.

Hey that's pretty cool lookin' I would assume it's AWD or 4x4 by the massive ground clearance. that looks like it'd be fun to drive

 

its the same as mine (the current model) with super select 4wd which means it is in 2wd (rwd) then you put it into 4wd when you need it. Its going to have AYC & ACD on it, which mine doesn't

hmmm, it seems to me that there is something strategically wrong with mounting the spoiler (which should provide downforce) on the rear window (which is glass, and by nature doesn't handle loads very well)...
