My dream car is a '32 3-window coupe with 454 merlin mark 2 cnc'd big block, bored and stroked to around 630 cubic inches with a 12-71 supercharger and a 300 shot of NOS. I'd probably be replacing the motor every few months, but I'd be willing to do it.

Oh yeah, street rods rock! If I had the money to build one right I'd be in it instead of my evo.

 

Don't know about the motor, but with a monster like that you'd certainly be going though a lot of underwear!

Look in Jegs or Summit Racing. The motor I was talking about is the World Merlin Mark 3 (not 2, whoops). Its a cnc machined 454 big block with 4 bolt main caps. You could just about build the entire motor through either of those companies.

And hopefully someday I'll get to.
