So i'm driving my geo metro...and after I get to my apt in the city I try to park it and basically it feels like the shifter snaps and then i'm stuck in reverse and the shifter is all loose. I put on the handbrake and turn off the car and now it wont crank up at all.

Is this my tranny broken or just the shifter? I cant move the shifter at all anymore now that the car is off.

Can it even be towed now? I cant put it into nuetral lol.

I dunno whats going on please help
