Vauxhall Cavalier
Vauxhall Cavalier
My wife has a Vauxhall Cavalier. She has owned it since it was 6 months old it has now just past its 7th birthday. It has done 100,000 miles now and still has the original tyres on the rear. Amazing. I have only ever replaced the brake pads once, and it still has the original discs. This has got to be the most reliable car in Britian. Has anyone else had good wear out of their vehicle. No other work has been carried out, except for servicing and two sets of front tyres(they do about 40,000 miles)
Is this the same Cavalier as our Chevy Cavalier? If so, if you think that car's reliable...then Honda Civics must be bulletproof. The Cavaliers/Sunfires here in the states are far from reliable. Maybe it's the assembly or something. Do Vauxhall assemble the Cavaliers in England? Believe me...Cavalier's here in the state are crappy cars.

Oh. Only reason I asked is...Vauxhall sells a sport-ute over in England which is the Isuzu Rodeo...except it's just rebadged as something else. And I know Isuzu is partly owned by GM...thus they share some platforms an such.
