I had the same thing (2003, TRD, V-6, 5-speed, ext. cab), but mine was silver. It came in handy for camping and moving, but it handled like sh*t, was dirt slow, and pretty cramped inside (im 6'7"). I also got tired of seeing them all over. Every day I would see at least 3-4 people driving the same truck as me. Same color and everything. Didn't have that problem with the EVO.
Not to mention the complete uselessness of the back seat, no rear doors to get stuff in and out of there easier, horrible ride, bad fuel economy for a truck of it's size.... the list goes on. I took mine offroad, used it but didn't abuse it, got some creaks and rattles in the suspension and asked Toyota to fix it. They did, but said they wouldn't fix any more suspension problems under warranty because I take the truck offroad. I said, why does it say TRD "Off-Road" on the side then?? The service manager didn't have an answer, and I chuckled. I took it off road anyway, esp since the base I work on has a lot of unimproved roads. When the time was right, I traded it in...
