Doesn't look like he was going that fast as there is no dirt or scuffing on the car. I wouldn't be surprised if he/she fell asleep and rolled off the road and just got stuck. Pretty funny pic.

I wonder where it happened? That off/on ramp looks familiar... Palm trees and the car going by seems to have Florida plates... Hmmmmmmmmm...
