My sister has a 97 Cavalier and it starts to overheat after a while and it gets worse when your turn the heat on...I find that odd....I was wonderin if anybody could give some suggestions to what could be the problem...changed the thrmostat already

 

you might need to check up on the water pump, radiator hoses, fluid level, and perhaps the heater core.
