if you look at this way then EVO should have been over 40K too. The manufacturer offers the product at a price that will sell here int he states if that means taking out some of the features available in the Euro models.

But I do agree with the others that Ford can provide some really nice cars here in the state but they chose to stick with crap.

 

IF they sold that car here then MUSTANG would go down the drain!

Thats why its not sold in the U.S.

 

I agree if you bring that here it would kill the gt, cobra and posibly gt40 sales. if they were to bring the rally inspired cosworth here, why buy a cobra when that cosworth would literly eat up the cobra. look what our four banger evo could do to the american muscle already in the streets and at the track.

Went to the website. 360 degrees of dead sexy.

It's almost like the a cross between GM's GTO and G6, but with a TC'd V6. I like the way Ford did it better.

 

amd you wonder why they are broke?
their best products are overseas so they cant compete with mitsu, subie, sabaru, pontiac/gm etc because the sho/svt just ont do it!

 

an american car not sold in america.. wow who outside of the us would buy an american car such as ford when there are other better cars in the market, it's just baffling. it kinda looks like a subaru hybrid between the sti and the legacy gt.

I think the FPV cars are built in AU, but this is just a fuzzy recollection of mine.

 

Falcon turbo's are the sh*t. The one shown in the first page is the FPV F6 Typhoon. FPV is Ford Australias performance arm. The model it's based on is the Falcon XR-6 Turbo. Numerous places in Australia have gotten them into the 10's with full interior etc.
