New project 87 Regal build up

I just bought a new project car so I can get back to my "roots". It had a 307 in it up until yesterday. I have a 70 Buick 455 stage 1 motor along with a TH400 to put in it's place. The goal is to hit 11.00 in the 1/4. Heres some pics, not good ones but yopu get the point.

Wow.....80's GM cars are among the worst ever made.....why would you want to restore something that would be better off in a junkyard??? Seriously, there are soooooo many better choices.

Whatever makes your boat float. It's not being restored. Im trying to make the ultimate sleeper. Plus the Regal/GN body style I have always loved. I have built numerous muscle cars, from 1st gen f-body's to chevelle's, gto's, and an older 61 olds 98 (cracked the frame with the 455 that is going into the regal).

This car isn't being built for looks, its for street/strip use. Might even make a great bracket car. I still love my Evo but I just need a change of pace again trying to get back to my "roots." I find myself not on this forum like I use to be because of the BS and boring topics.

I had an 85 Buick LeSabre for my first car. It was from my grandmother. It had the olds 307 in it. 135 hp/240 tq. GOD it was an AWFUL car It would have been fun to drop some serious muscle into it though. It was stolen before anything like that could happen though. Oh well, I was glad to see it go
