I saw this yesterday at NASIOC, I think it is a very optimistic number, don't you think so?

I think it depends on the driver, I know warrtalon (sp?) runs a 12.0 in his EVO with fewer mods than I had when my best was a 12.4 I even had cams and he does not but still he was faster than Iam because he is a great driver.

I imagine it depends on the dyno the whp was measured on. On some dynos, 400 whp makes for a monster.

Hmmmm, I had an 04' STI with TBE, no change in boost or anything, ran 12.69 @ 108 with a 1.69 60' back in Dec 03' in Gainseville FL. Decent driver, far from pro. This was done on stock tires, with 31/33 front/rear tire pressure. Not sure on accuracy on Tampa's Mastro Subaru dyno is, but dyno'd 284 with high humidity/temp


I could possibly see a 400hp run a 10.8@128 with a good driver?

it was his weight...his weight was almost 700 pounds less than a stock evo...also...a 600+ awhp evo ran a 10.99 in PR. It was on the cover of a mag.
