i forgot to mention it needs to be SOHC....my roommates looking at buying a car to race in "street stock" class and needs some ideas

^^^ A civic ex isn't a 2.0L, it's a 1.7L or 1.8L (newest model).

haha yeah when he asked me what i thought would be a fast car with all those restrictions was i laughed at him and said "you remember i drive an evo right?"

crx si=) the old nissan sentra se-r .. civic si. rsx type s .. celica gts... integra gsr... but if ur looking into road racing not just quarter... id say miata/ toyota mr2 spyder
