Turbocharging a 100,000+ mile car?

I was wondering through experience or opinion would it be a bad idea/pointless to supercharge or turbocharge a 90,000-100,000+ mile car? Integra, Civic, 240SX or any other example of similar cars from other manufacturers or is it just flat out a bad idea?

203480 miles on my gsx... boosting 18psi still daily. It's okay as long as the motor is in good shape. Check compression and leakdown... if good then go for it.

i've seen it done in hondas before, of course it won't last like a fresh engine, but you can usually coax about 25,000 miles or so out of em' with some conservative tuning.
