I'm not sure that Ferrari won't sell out to any party with the means.
Let's look at the owner of the PCH crashed Enzo, Stefan Eriksson. He is hardly an upstanding citizen between his involvement with the Swedish Mafia and defrauding creditors out of millions of dollars. The executives horded the bank at Gizmondo and ultimately caused a company with a billion dollars in financing to quickly file for bankruptcy.
Here is an excerpt:
On February 21, 2006, Stefan Eriksson, the former Gizmondo executive who stepped down amidst allegations of his involvement in the Uppsala Mafia Swedish organized crime ring, lost control of a million dollar Ferrari Enzo sports car which he illegally drove on the road in California, car was claimed by Bank of Scotland during the bankruptcy of the Gizmondo. The car careened off an embankment on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu and hit a pole at about 162MPH, which split the car in half. The requirement was you had to own an F40 and (or) an F50 before you were selected to be approved to purchase and F60 Enzo from Ferrari but that is the only car they do that with the supercar they are currently producing.
However that is not your typical Ferrari. Anyone with enough jingle can buy and F430 or 550 (575 whatever it is anymore) or 612 Scaglietti. Which I would compare the Murcielago to those before an Enzo.

Even that isn't true Hotrod, just buy from one of the many brokers that resold the Enzo after buying it at list. Approximately half of the buyers, although they did buy an earlier F Supercar, were brokers.
i figured out y he's doing htis.....he obviously cant carry any more bling bling around his neck and wrists....they weight to much, its taking a toll on his back and neck...his chiropracter reccomended blinging something else
