Exclamation Spy Shot: 2007 Nissan Altima

Stay tuned to Autoblog for coverage of the New York Auto Show April 12-13! Among many other unveilings, Nissan will debut the all-new 2007 Altima. Not much is out yet on the vehicle, but this photo snagged from AutoWeek.com show an updated tail end with tail lights that have a distinct aftermarket feel to them. The new C-pillar now sweeps down to take the edge off the rear fender meeting the trunk lid, which provides a nice fender bulge out back. With the tough competition Nissan faces in this segment, be prepared for some more significant updates on the Altima than a few cosmetic changes.

Front looks pretty much the same (at least for a non Nissan fanatic). Not digging the single red circle tail lights vs. the old ones, but at least everything has pretty clean lines.

Edmunds.com Video Preview - 2007 Nissan Altima

Look much better in video, as pictures don't do this car any justice.
