Yep, just like a 800whp+ EVO would be a drag racer or dyno queen!

Ummmm, no. I'm hoping you were trying to be sarcastic there since there is a HUGE difference in RWD and AWD with a ton of power like that. Also, I don't see this being a trailer queen since the power jump doesn't come on until late in the curve.

In most situations will you see 1000rwhp Cobras trying to whip around a roadcourse? Will you see AMS's 988whp drag EVO trying to run a roadcourse?

No, you won't hence why AMS has a car setup for roadcourse and what does it put down? Mid 500's and from Jon's mouth was a 35R on a stroker is as big as anyone would want to go on a track car due to the lag coming out of the corners.

They have many Cobra's setup for track use on svtperformance.com and modularfords.com, but none put down anywhere close to this. The lag and huge uncontrollable wheel spin would be horrible in a 1000rwhp Cobra.

Before you start saying well Adee's viper in Onelap was pushing 1000whp remember it had a full traction control system $$$ and he was still spinning in the turns. This was with 345's in the back!!

So, was I joking? Nope I wasn't.

I honestly think they would both be driveable (AWD or RWD), just learn to modulate with your foot. If you're not mashing it you're fine.

big power in any drivetrain layout is going to make it useless when not on a prepped track. if the AMS evo has traction problems on a prepped track, i can't imagine it being much better on the street, unless it's above 60 mph
