i have a standard 98 1.6L mivec lancer 5spd manual doin about 50,000 kms, bone standard, RHD (From Japan)

i was told that the 4-throttle bodies from the AE111 can fit on the mivec but with a little work. i can get my hands on a set of AE111 blacktop throttle bodies
can anyone tell me how exactly do u get these throttle bodies to work with the 4G92, as in if there any exact measurements that gotta be cut , machined anything like that , a would like a detailed explanantion
and what benefits would that produce?
also i would like some other tips of tuning tips
like what type of NGK plugs are best to use
what type of engine oil
what type of gear oil
and would an Apexi AFC II be a great asset to the car ?
Fuel Pressure Regulator ?

what should my timing be at normal , and then what should i set it too before i go and have some fun with ?
and any other little tips would help
