Bugatti Veyron launch vid

Check this gem from Autoblog. It's a vid of a Veyron launching from a standstill on the street. It was filmed from behind in a 350 Z chase car.

Blastoff...

It's almost like watching the Millenium Falcon...

Are those tails really doing that or is that just the camera? Or is that just me trippin' out?
