Local cop in my parts was busted for drag racing in his private car (Mustang GT, yellow at that!) against half the kids in town. He wad dumb enough to post video he'd shot himself in-car.
A local photographer here that was doing a shoot of his car (personal friend) went for a ride with him, they hit 120 merging onto the freeway.
He is on here, but he has never shown his face in the NW section...
Also i have heard stories of people racing cops from stoplight before... Nothing new...
FWIW... A crown vic (police interceptor model) has a lot more torque than an evo, but that's it! Personally I drive an evo (off duty of course). I can tell you of at least 7 vehicle pursuits I have been in, where I would have given my left N#T to ditch my cruiser, and grab my evo... The new Challengers that are coming for police use are INSANELY fast! I can't wait !!
