Lots of other companies have performance divisions. I don't really consider the ralliart a performance tuned car as they didn't take a pre-existing model and modify it, they more or less built a new car (hence the 2.4 L engine and such). I think honda is coming out with a Mugen version of the Si, not sure about other manufacturers.

Moved to Other Cars.

Pretty much every manufacturer has a performance division. However, not all of them brand their cars with it. Each one of the big 3 has their own racing division with huge parts lists.

Also, Ralliart has plenty of parts out for the Lancers, they're just not available in the US.

Not only that, practically everywhere in the world they enjoy the best of what the car industry has to offer, for example, Volkwagen has been making 170hp turbodiesel engines on their VW golf,passat and other models while we are stuck with the 90-110hp version.

As per the Toyota with the VTTL-I, that is nothing , we only can purchase the 109hp version while in Europe and Japan they have the 180hp model.

Ford has a sports turbo'd diesel focus in the UK, it looks pretty sweet too.

actually we have a 180hp matrix and corolla XRS. they have a pathetic 125ft.lbs but regardless, its still 180hp. and that VVtL-i acts like v-tec.

so like everyone has said
ford=SVT
Toyota=TRD/XRS
Nissan=Nismo/SE-R
Honda=Mugen
Mitsu=Ralliart/VR-4

and for a couple trucks,
chevy=Xtreme
Toyota= S-runner, X-runner
Nissan= Supercharged Frontier
